一、關於針織花（編織花）產品
Payments
We accept FPS, bank transfer, PayMe, Alipay, and other online payment methods. Additional processing fees will be charged if using a credit card.
Delivery method: Pick Up/Delivery
1️⃣ Self-pickup at SF Express station/self-operated point (additional $20 packaging fee applies, shipping fee to be paid upon delivery)
Please write down the branch number, your name, and your phone number.
2️⃣ GogoX Infantry (Shipping cost approximately HKD 80~120)
3️⃣ Face-to-face delivery (free)
We have the following delivery times:
Tsuen Wan MTR Station, Tuesday, 11:00 AM
Kwun Tong MTR Station Exit A, Wednesday, 12 noon / 8:15 pm
Saturday/Sunday 12 noon
Pick up at the physical store in Kwun Tong (appointment required).
Address: Room 15, 4th Floor, Block C, Yi Sheng Industrial Centre Time: 12:30 PM - 8 PM
We recommend making the delivery 1-3 days before the flowers are sent to ensure the bouquet wrapping paper is in optimal condition.
After you place your order, someone will contact you to confirm the delivery time.
針織花可以送給過敏體質的朋友嗎？
非常適合。針織花完全沒有花粉，不會引起呼吸道或皮膚過敏，是探訪病人、送給過敏體質者或放置於嬰兒房的最佳花禮選擇。
二、保養與保存
針織花可以保存多久？需要特別照顧嗎？
針織花可以永久保存，不需要澆水或曬太陽。建議放置於乾燥通風的室內環境，避免長期受強烈陽光直射以防止輕微退色，這是一份真正「懶人友善」的精緻裝飾。
如果針織花沾到灰塵該如何清潔？
清潔非常簡單。您可以定期使用吹風機（冷風模式）輕輕吹走表面灰塵，或使用柔軟的小刷子輕刷。若不慎沾到汙漬，可用濕布輕輕按壓清潔，切勿放入洗衣機強力清洗。
三、訂製與售後服務
我可以自選花朵顏色進行訂製嗎？
可以的！Ever Blossom提供自選花區服務。您可以根據喜好挑選不同種類的花卉（如向日葵、玫瑰、鬱金香、乒乓菊等）並自定義配色。如有特別需求，歡迎與我們聯絡。
現在下單多久可以收到？提供即日送花嗎？
我們在觀塘門市備有現貨，支持香港即日送花服務。若為全手工訂製款式，一般需時3-7個工作天。具體配送時間可WhatsApp我們諮詢。
